COLOURTILE WARRANTY
Colourtile offers a 10 year product replacement warranty against peeling or flaking due to any defect in Colourtile product manufacturing.
Colourtile products must be applied by skilled, license professionals, in accordance with all current application guidelines, including surface type, surface preparation, application rates, methods of application and weather conditions. For warranty to be considered, all dates of application, batch numbers, proof of purchase and quantities must be presented for warranty investigation.
Colourtile accepts not responsibility for damage cause by structural movement of changes. Colourtile accepts not responsibility for any variations for alterations in the product due to onsite mixing by any license applicator as this beyond Colourtile’s control.
